What are the bags filled with?
Filled with SuperMix, the softer more durable bean bag fill that is mold and mildew resistant.
Our patent pending bean bag and soft furniture fill is now comprised of a technologically advanced mildew/mold resistant polyurethane foam and a dense double pass low VOC expanded polystyrene bead. The polyurethane foam is dense yet water pours right through it. The foam's large yet strong cells allow it to dry quickly after being wet or even completely saturated.
We mix chunks of this foam with a dense double pass low VOC expanded polystyrene bead. We are the only ones to develop this bean bag fill. This double pass bead is more dense than most single pass bead that we've seen and is up to 50% lower than legally allowed VOC levels of Pentane.
One of the biggest problems with bean bag chairs is the fill. Most bean bag chairs use re-grind for their bean bag fill which packs down very quickly (in a matter of weeks). Even the EPS virgin bead packs down fairly quickly for the price you pay and then your rear is hitting the ground.
The noise is another big problem with single pass EPS bead in a bean bag as anyone who sits in one will attest. Even the smallest move will cause quite a loud annoying noise. Regrind is not nearly as bad but it makes a fair amount of noise as well.
The feel of the bean bag is very stiff even after a short while. Watch a movie and your rear feels like you's watched a football game on the bleachers.
Also most bead filled adult sized bean bag chairs come underfilled unless they include an extra box of fill and that goes even for a regular sized adult bean bags let alone loveseats which always require ay least two boxes.

EPS Regrind (found in most bean bags) once it begins compressing and begins breaking down turns into a fine powder with flat chunks which can in some circumstances poof out of most bean bag chairs. This powder is a very fine and hard to see substance that regrettably most people don't notice.

How are your bean bags made?
All of our seams are double over locked stiched. With easily resealable zippered bottoms with a child safety proof patch. This gives our bags a durability and usability that is unparalleled in the industry.

What kind of Denim/Brushed Cotton/Twill do you use?
For our remove and wash line we use a pre washed 14 ounce "real" blue denim or a brushed 100% cotton with a superior hand and drape.

What kind of vinyl do you use?
There are many grades of vinyl and only a few manufacturers. Out of these companies we have chosen the best and have forged exclusive agreements with them. The best means that your bag will last longer (10 years), feel more leather like while retaining it's look and feel for the life of the bag.

How long will my bag last?
Your bean bag could last ten to twenty years. The only thing you will need to do is refill it once and a while.

How do I refill/recharge my bag?
 the picture at your left shows the remove and wash cover bag with the inner bag. It has a large round zippered bottom and the inner bag has a smaller straight zipper.
The resealable straight zipper on the bottom of the inner bag as well as our non remove and wash denim/twill and vinyl bags makes it easy to refill your bean bag when it starts to go flat and yet safely keeps small children from opening the bean bag.
